Categories of Membership:
- Effective Membership:
- The membership requester has an academic degree in health informatics or in an equivalent specialty and has valuable scientific or professional contribution to the field.
- He shall pay the annual subscription fee of SR 200.
- Partial Membership for:
- University students in health informatics and individuals that are interested in the scope of the association activities but don't qualify for effective membership.
- The partial member pays 50% of the total annual subscription fee
- The partial member can attend the meetings of the General Assembly and participate in the discussion without having the right of voting.
- Honorable Membership:
- Issued by a resolution of the General Assembly to whoever serves the Association or develops its activities.
- The honorable member will be exempted from payment of subscription and can attend the meetings of the General Assembly and participate in the discussions.

Termination of Membership:
Membership in the assembly will be terminated in any of the following cases:
- Withdrawal or death of the member.
- Not paying the annual subscription one year after the due date.
- Losing one of the membership conditions.
- Committing any act or activity that results in tangible or intangible damages to the Association and the membership in this case will be cancelled only upon approval of the Board of Directors
Returning Membership:
The Board of Directors may approve the return of a terminated membership upon request of the request of the member after termination conditions are rectified .
